Control modules prcm

The PRCM control module is a powerful and efficient solution for robotics control. This is a plug-and-play solution that means you don’t need any special arrangements for installation of the apparatus. All parts and devices are packed into a robust industrial design casing with additional ventilation and emergency stop controls. It is compact and suitable for industrial use.

The PRCM module itself consists of robot and safety controllers.  The safety module ensures STO and SBC safety functions. And the motion control part is responsible for axes operation. PRCM module is a part of the whole Pilz service robotics module, consisting of PRBT manipulator module, the PRCM control module with ROS software on board and PRTM operating module. Additionally the whole system can be equipped with a PRMS collision measurement set.

Pilz service robotics modules can be used for the following applications: pick and place actions, machine assembly, automated guided vehicles, research applications. ROS module is an open source software package, it means you can download, share and test new updates, modules and experience of other Pilz equipment users from all over the world. ROS software is based on a modular concept, easy to use and user-friendly. You don’t need to hire programmers and specially trained employees, as any operator is capable of starting working with the ROS package after a short training course.
