DuraTRUE high precision gearheads are based on TRUE Planetary™ gearing technology. These are high precision, compact and rigid units with a vast variety of configurations. Mounting types available: inline, right-angle, hollow shaft right angle, dual shaft right angle (“T”- model). Different ratios are offered: from 1:1 to 500:1. Frame size can be 60, 90, 115 or 142 mm.  The Kollmorgen gearheads are made of especially hard-wearing materials and with a very high level of accuracy that enables a lower backlash and helps to avoid positioning errors. All Kollmorgen gearheads do not require maintenance, especially additional lubrication, as all units are already lubricated for the entire life. Torque capacity: up to 865 Nm

RediMount System allows easy connection of gearheads to motors. This system includes a self-aligning hub that is required for coaxial alignment between the motor shaft and gearhead. Its modular design allows the motor type to be quick and easy.

PowerTRUE gear technology secures high torque capacity along with a compact design. This is an advanced tooth technology that allows an increased gear ratio range up to 5:1. Along with that such units are more efficient and quiet.
