EverTRUE - Series gearheads were developed for continuous duty applications and are intended for 30000 hours of continuous operation and can be operated 24/7. Each gear head element is made of the highest quality materials and with extremely tight tolerances. This allows to avoid any backlash and to get 95% efficiency. Backlash is only 4 arc-min. All Kollmorgen gearheads are already lubricated for the entire life, so it means you don’t have to spend time and resources for maintenance and it helps to reduce the downtime and to improve efficiency.

Torque capacity is up to 865 Nm. Radial load capacity reaches 44600 N (10027 lbf) along with 1017 Nm (750 lb/ft) torque capacity. Mounting type is only inline. Following frame sizes can be ordered: 100, 140 and 180 mm. The housing is made of s single piece of stainless steel. Optimal operation even at low temperatures.
