Onsite system overview

Dynapar OnSite Remote Vibration Monitoring System is a great solution to put together all activities connected with equipment health data collection, to exclude several manual operations and to save labor resources as well, to enhance efficiency of maintenance and repairing processes, and subsequently to avoid any undesirable operation shutdown. The result is an integrated remote supervisory control and data acquisition system that can be controlled from any place with reliable internet connection. As all data is collected to a cloud there is no need to spend resources for servers and other onsite data collection tools.

The main unit of system used on site is comprised of IP65 rated sensor hub with Wi-Fi or cellular communication ability, 4 Dynapar sensors with triaxial accelerometers and temperature sensors. It is easy to install and to start. Optionally there is a speed encoder input in order to collect additional speed data. The system analyzes the following parameters: temperature, running speed, RMS value and acceleration. This data represents an opportunity to set up triggers that can activate pre-configured alarms and notifications in the analytics system. It allows to do whatever is necessary and possible without undue delay.
