Precision tables

Kollmorgen modular positioning tables are applied wherever precision and performance are required. DS-Series tables are reliable and flexible and can be applied for single- or multi-axis applications. DS4/6-Series tables can be equipped with Kollmorgen T22T/V and T32T/V Series hybrid stepper motors or AKM23C, 23D, 42E, and 42G brushless servo motors. The units can be customized to NEMA 17, 23 and 34 mounting standards. Maximum length available is 2000 mm. Load capacity can be up to 630 kg. For protection of internal parts there is a special magnetic strip, that goes the screw and linear bearing system across the full length of the unit, protecting it from contamination. The DS4/6 can be supplied in single or multi-axis configuration. The housing is made of high quality extruded aluminum with stainless steel square rails. The motion is transmitted by the efficient ball screw.

Following options are available: motor or shaft brake, mounting plates and brackets, linear encoders, limit sensors, Bellows and Oldham couplings, different motor orientations.
