Thermocouples

The story of Jumo temperature probes started in 1960 and now the company offers a wide range of temperature sensing, recording and controlling devices. Jumo thermocouples are preferable for temperature measurement applications in gas and liquid mediums. Customers may choose between various protection tube materials, depending on the working conditions, among other things providing protection against chemical influences and mechanical damage. Thermocouples with thermal heads are used for construction of heating systems, furnaces and kilns and other similar applications. There are different kinds of sealing, for instance, suitable for vacuum or overpressure circumstances. Another option is to choose the type of compensation cable suitable for the conditions of use: level of humidity, ambient temperature. Additionally compensation cables may be equipped with kink protectors. Depending on the model the working temperature can be  from -200 to +600 °C. Or there are special mineral-insulated models capable of working with up to  1200 °C temperature. Mounting type can be push-in or screw-in.  JUMO FOODtemp Insertion Thermocouple is a special model for the food industry that is used within cooking, boiling and baking processes, it is robust and light and equipped with oil and acid-resistant handles.
