Kollmorgen machine automation solutions bring to the customer the highest level of integration accompanied with user friendly efficient software. 

Controller Hardware is represented with PCMM stand-alone machine controllers and AKD PDMM programmable drives. PCMM controllers can be used with even small machines and capable of working with multi-axis units, equipped with powerful PLC for machine control that can be programmed with 5 popular programming languages. Onboard I/O unit has all necessary inputs and outputs. AKD PDMM is a combined unit consisting of an AKD servo-drive and PCMM EtherCAT master controller.

Kollmorgen I/O devices include bus couplers and specialty modules, digital inputs and outputs, analog inputs and outputs, thermocouples and relays. 

Kollmorgen HMI panels are high quality reliable operator interface panels. The housing can be made of special corrosion resistant plastic or powder coated aluminum. All units correspond to IP65 protection requirements. The panels are equipped with TFT-LCD displays with LED backlight that ensure good quality of visibility at any angle and within different lighting conditions. Screen sizes available from 5” to 12”.
