Gearheads

Kollmorgen gearheads are engaged in motion control applications where a high torque to volume ratio, high torsional rigidity and backlash absence are required. All units do not require any additional lubrication as they have lifetime lubrication. The Kollmorgen gearheads incorporate TRUE Planetary™ gearing technology. There is a wide selection of planetary gearheads with a variety of configurations, mounting options and features.

DuraTRUE high precision gearheads are compact and reliable. Different shaft configurations are available. RediMount mounting system allows quick and accurate mounting to any motor unit. In-line, right-angle and “T” models are available.

EverTRUE series is applied for continuous duty applications. This single piece output shaft gearheads are equipped with high-capacity tapered roller bearings and double full-complement needle bearings with continuous-duty grease. Ratios available: from 4:1 to 100:1.

NemaTRUE gear heads are provided in four NEMA sizes, as well in standard metric sizes. There are both in-line and right-angle designs. Ready for high radial load carrying capability.

UltraTRUE series units are smooth and quiet. Backlash is only 4 arc-minutes. Ratios available from 1:1 to 100:1.

ValueTRUE is a low cost series of gearheads available in 8 frame sizes, both in-line and right-angle designs.

XTRUE series another low cost solution incorporating all advantages of the entire line of TRUE Planetary gearheads. Backlash is 13 arc-min, torque capacity is up to 876 Nm.  Ratios available: from 3:1 to 500:1.
