Relays

The main purpose of Pilz relays is to minimize risks of human error or equipment failure as far as possible. Along with that all units are designed for industry use and can withstand harsh conditions.

PNOZ safety relays can interface the following functions: E-STOP, safety gates, light barriers, light grids, two-hand controls, pressure sensitive mats, speed, standstill, etc. Following models are available depending on the area of application: PNOZsigma, PNOZ X, PNOZ Compact, PNOZelog and PNOZpower.

PMD universal monitoring relays can be used for protection against insulation faults, overvoltage, residual voltages, overload, overcurrent,  temperature overload and for monitoring of standstill and true power.

PLIDdys line inspection devices are applied with long cable routes and monitor unintended power-ups and start-ups of the equipment. It can be easy retrofitted into an existing unit.

PNOZ s50 brake control devices are applied for brake control systems. These relays can be used with gantry loaders, palletizing machines, robotics, lifting equipment, winches, with unit that contain valves, pneumatics or hydraulics.
